Product Review Guidelines & Point Vetting

We love hearing your feedback! To earn Rewards Points for writing product reviews, please keep the following guidelines in mind:

• Vetting Timeline: Submitted reviews are manually vetted by our team within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) before points are credited to your account.
• Genuine Feedback: Reviews must be honest, fair, and based on actual usage of Paula's Choice products.
• Content Rules: Inappropriate language, spam, duplicate submissions, or reviews containing non-product-related queries will not be approved.

How to Check Your Points Balance & History

1. Sign In to Your Account
   • Visit our website at Paula's Choice Singapore and sign in to your account.
   • Locate the black "Paula's Choice Rewards" icon at the bottom-right corner of the screen on desktop, or the "shopper bag" icon if you are on your mobile phone.
2. View Your Balance & History
   • Once signed in and clicking the rewards widget, you will be able to see your current Reward Points balance, tier status, and complete points activity history.

Steps to Redeem Your Loyalty Points

1. Select and Redeem a Loyalty Coupon
   • Inside the rewards widget, navigate to the "Ways to Redeem" section.
   • Choose your preferred loyalty coupon based on the points you have accumulated.
   • Copy the generated coupon code.
2. Apply the Coupon at Checkout
   • Use your copied coupon code during the checkout process to enjoy your discount.

Important Notes & Terms

• Email Confirmation: You will receive an email with your redeemed loyalty coupon. If you don't see it in your inbox, please check your Spam/Junk folder. Alternatively, you can always find your redeemed code under "Your Rewards" inside the rewards icon on our website.
• Coupon Expiry: Loyalty coupons are valid for 1 month from the date of redemption.
• Single Use: Each loyalty coupon can only be used for one order.
