How do I check my points balance?
To check your points balance, just log in to your account and click the Paula’s Choice Rewards icon at the bottom right corner of our website. From there, you can view your points balance, history, and any redeemed or expired coupons.
Are my points or coupons valid forever?
- Points expire 12 months from the date they were earned, regardless of reward tier.
- Redeemed coupons are valid for 6 months from the redemption date. So we recommend redeeming points when you’re ready to use them, as expired coupons are strictly non‑refundable.
Can I use multiple coupons in a single order?
Only one code may be used per order — additionally loyalty coupons cannot be combined with other promotional codes at checkout.
