Delivery fee and time
For local orders with a minimum spend of $10, we provide free standard shipping within 3-5 working days, inclusive of order processing. Orders below the minimum spend will have a flat $5 shipping fee. Large orders and those placed during festive seasons would require an additional processing time of 2-4 working days.

Tracking
Once the order has been processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email for your order. You may then track your parcel with the provided tracking number.
How long does international delivery take?
International orders will generally arrive within 3-10 working days after the order has been processed. Kindly note that large orders and orders during festive seasons require additional processing time of 2-4 working days. All shipping durations are estimated based on the order being successfully processed and shipped out.
Customs Duties, Taxes & Brokerage Fees
Customers with shipping addresses outside of Singapore are solely responsible for all duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees. Please contact your local customs office for details on how charges will be applied in your area. If your package is confiscated by Customs, not collected from Customs or you refuse your package upon delivery and/or notification of these fees, Paula’s Choice Singapore SEA Pte Ltd is unable to issue a refund for your purchase or the original shipping cost.
Ingredient Restrictions
Ingredient restrictions vary from country to country and Customs can confiscate orders containing ingredients that are not allowed in country. Please contact your local customs office for details on how charges will be applied in your area, as well as what products or ingredients are restricted in your area. They will be able to inform you which products could be removed if found in your package or if they would restrict the whole order from being accepted in country.
