Why does my order status say “Fulfilled” when I haven’t received it?

Once an order is marked as “Fulfilled”, it means our team has successfully processed it and it is being prepared for shipment. This status does not reflect its delivery progress and does not mean it has already been delivered.

Please note that delivery typically takes 3–5 working days (excluding weekends and Public Holidays) from the time the order is placed.
