Why Is My Discount Code Not Working?

If you are experiencing issues applying a promo code at checkout, it is often because our checkout system only permits one promotion or discount per transaction, or because the items in your cart are excluded from further discounts.

Automatic Promotions Take Priority

If a special promotional discount is already being automatically applied to your cart, manual discount codes may clash with it. Special automatic promotions take priority in the checkout system.
