Airless Pump Priming & Mechanism
Some of our products use airless pump technology, which utilizes a vacuum system rather than a traditional plastic dip tube (straw) to keep the product fresh and free from contaminants.
- Troubleshooting: If your pump isn't dispensing, store the bottle upside down for a few hours and press the pump firmly 10–15 times to engage the vacuum seal and pull the internal piston up.

Droppers & Booster Bottles
Boosters with separate droppers (such as C15 Super Booster or Niacinamide Booster) come packaged with a cap and a separate dropper attachment. Unscrew the cap slowly and do not shake the bottle prior to opening.

2% BHA Liquid 30ml Packaging Update
In alignment with our commitment to full recyclability, our 30ml 2% BHA Liquid Exfoliant is transitioning from shiny PET bottles to matte HDPE bottles. There is zero change to the formula or product efficacy.
Shelf Life, Expiration & PAO Labels
Most of our products have an official shelf life of 1 to 1.5 years (12–18 months) after opening.
- How to Check PAO: Look for the Period After Opening (PAO) symbol on the back lower-left corner of your packaging (an open jar icon with "12M" means use within 12 months of opening).

- C15 Super Booster Exception: Due to the highly concentrated liquid Vitamin C formula, the C15 Super Booster should be used within 3 months of opening for maximum potency, and not kept longer than 6 months unopened.
- We also strongly discourage stocking up in large quantities. We replenish frequently in small batches to ensure freshness, so purchasing only what you need helps make sure you’re always using the most stable and effective product.
Best Practices for Product Storage & Care
Temporary exposure to warm temperatures during shipping does not affect formula stability—simply allow the product to cool to room temperature before first use.
DO:
- Store products in a cabinet or drawer at room temperature (20–25°C).
- Tighten caps securely after every use.
- Write your opening date on the bottle with a permanent marker.
- Discard eye products immediately if you experience an eye infection.
DON'T:
- DON'T store in the refrigerator: Cold storage can destabilize skincare formulas and reduce their lifespan unless specifically instructed on the bottle.
- DON'T store in direct sunlight: Keep away from sunny windowsills.
- DON'T store in humid bathrooms: Steam and heat from showers accelerate product breakdown.
- DON'T add water or saliva: Never try to thin out or remoisten products.
How to Read Batch Codes & Expiration Dates
- Locate batch code: Printed near the bottom or crimp of the bottle/tube. Format reads as
EXP MM/YYYY - You may input this into our Product Expiry Checker.
